WEEK STARTING 6TH JANUARY

Monday 6th January

We doing Mondays journal on Wednesday morning as is been a busy few days, we have all our waste to go to the dump, we needed food for pups and a lot of other supplies at the kennels we changed beds and galloped.

Tuesday 7th January

We doing Tuesday journal on Wednesday morning,  I was in England yesterday delivering dogs and collecting supplies. At the kennels we prepared dogs for schooling at Newbridge on Thursday.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE RUNNER AT SHEFFIELD INCA CONEY

Wednesday 8th January

A nice dry morning for January, We have more dogs going to UK with Ross Miles and Pat O’Hare. I have to go to the accountant, as normal We need supplies with a bit of luck I’ll get to the cash and carry. At the kennels We have dogs to prepare for schooling.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER AT SHEFFIELD INCA CONEY.

TONIGHT WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS POINTLESS PRAISE AND GREENEND NANCY.

Thursday 9th January

We had snow over night but it’s all gone now as We do the journal at 9.30 am. The main job of the day is schooling at Newbridge, We got to the cash and carry yesterday so We all stock up. We have broods in season, My accountant is doing the paper work so by the weekend I’ll be all up to date.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT HOVE WOKEEN AND ARTHUR BISCUIT.

Friday 10th January

A nice dry day, I’ve been for fish, I needed tyres for the old van we also been to the dump. The red mills has arrived so it’s an afternoon for packing the dog food and fish away. We  swapped pups, saplings and kennel dogs from runs to paddocks and from paddocks to kennels.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS AT ROMFORD COLLSWOOD HAWK ,SWIFT SABBATH AND SWIFT TARQUIN.

 

Saturday 11th January:

Were doing Saturdays journal on Sunday morning. It was a hectic day with very heavy wind and rain in the afternoon. There was supplies to collect. The rain was so heavy that it blocked the drains. We did maintenance work on the gallop. The old van had to go to the mechanics to get a bit of work done. Newcastle United got a valuable point at Wolves but the injury problems continue.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE RUNNER SWIFT LIBBY AT CRAYFORD.

 

Sunday 12th January:

Its a nice bright cool morning. We ran out of gas, heating oil and we have had to collect the van from the mechanics. The main job of the day is galloping and preparing hounds to go in the traps at Newbridge which will take all day. We have visitors coming and a bit of tidying up to do so a busy Sunday. As we do the journal at 9:30 everything is going well.
