WEEK STARTING MONDAY 28TH OF FEBRUARY

Monday 28th February:

A nice day for the last day in February, we need food for pups all our waste away and the main job of the day is trialing in Shelbourne Park, we will update the dog for sale page around 5 o’clock tonight.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO WINNERS NORMANSLAND FLYER AT CENTRAL PARK AND MISS BIG PANTS AT TOWCESTER

Tuesday 1st February:

We are doing Tuesdays journal on Wednesday morning as yesterday was a busy day we were changing beds in the houses in the rearing paddocks, worming pups and saplings, collecting supplies and the day went well and it was cold and dry.

Wednesday 2nd February:

A nice day and I don’t think we will get rain, we have hounds that are sold going to Northern Ireland, we need fish, cooked bones and at the kennels we are going to do swap around with mothers ,pups and saplings.

Thursday 3rd February:

A nice dry day and plenty to do, we need to make boxes and beds along with carpet beds and also we need mesh to mend paddocks fences, food for pups and a trip to the Cash and Carry. We have brood having pups and we also have Redmills on it’s way. We had two vans to empty this morning, one with cooked bones and one with fish.

Friday 4th February:

A lovely day but cold with no chance of rain. We need all our waste away a load of bits and pieces of supplies needed. At the kennels we will gallop and hunt hounds. There was no open racing yesterday in the UK but a hound that definitely deserve another mention is BAA previously named Swift Varlog who is now won all his five races at Swindon his first was A9 and his now down to A3 he has done all this in one month and he was sold from our bargain basement with no guarantee, well don Vini and his trainer Gary Vincent.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT ROMFORD SWIFT RAISIN AND RAILS MCCOY

Saturday 5th February:

Were doing Saturdays journal on Sunday morning. It was very cold and frosty when we started at 6am but it turned into a really nice Spring day. We didnt get the journal done on Saturday as supplies arrived from the UK. We got all the beds in all the kennels changed and we got the last beds also changed in the houses of the last two rearing paddocks. I got the vans washed and cleaned inside. The day went well. Newcastle United won again. Were 7 points from the relegation zone. We have 4 tough away games to come next but with 2 more wins we should be safe.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT AT ROMFORD: RAILS MCCOY.

TONIGHT WE HAVE FOUR RUNNERS: AT MONMORE: TIFFIELD TROJAN, SWIFT QUINCEY, MUXTON  LOTTIE AND MASSIVE EGO.

Sunday 6th February:

It was another cold and frosty morning when we started at 6am but as we do the journal at 9am its turning into a really nice day. We have a load of paperwork to do, hounds to name and we have to put the hounds on to the dogs for sale page. We have the RCETS system to update. Other than that we will do the everyday jobs of cooking, cleaning, feeding and letting hounds out of kennels.
