WEEK STARTING MONDAY 22ND OF AUGUST

Monday 22nd August:

A nice day ideal for trialing at Shelbourne Park which is the main job of today and we were all fed up before 12 o’clock and also got all our waste away too. On the Greyhound Star British Performance of the week on this week list we have two hounds on the list Ranches King at Suffolk Downs and at Yarmouth Supa Nova.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS TONIGHT AT NOTTINGHAM CHURCHILL BLAZE AND IN PUPPY CLASSIC SWIFT ICONIC AND SWIFT MELLOW

Tuesday 23rd August:

A nice day, we are doing todays journal late in the afternoon as normal there was bits and pieces to collect from the hardware, supermarket ( food for pups) and we also needed parts for our gardening tools. At the kennels we did swap around with hounds mother and pups and made boxes and beds for mothers to have their pups in.

Wednesday 24th August:

A overcast day and plenty to do, we have John Nolans coming to earmark pups and marked hounds up in to their identification book. We got the first load of our wooden post to collect to redo the rearing paddocks, we have a brood to collect that was mated to King Elvis and we also changing beds in the kennels.

Thursday 25th August:

We are doing Thursdays journal on Friday morning, we did a massive swap around with hounds, we made boxes and beds for mothers and pups, we got all our waste away and did it a tidy up.

Friday 26th August:

We need a trip to the vet for passport and supplies, we need food for pups from the supermarket, we are going to finish off our massive swap around with hounds and mothers and pups.

Saturday 27th August:

A nice morning and a busy day, we need meat a trip to the vet as we have a brood needing a C section, we are leveling the sand runs and we have a load of pups to worm and inject with their first injection.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT AT ROMFORD RAILS MCCOY AND TONIGHT WE HAVE SIX RUNNERS AT CRAYFORD NORMANSLAND FLYER AND WOODCOCKS ARIA AT MONMORE AUSSIE MCCOY AT YARMOUTH SWIFT RAISIN, SWIFT MELLOW, SWIFT BUTTONS AND SUPA NOVA

Sunday 28th August:

We are doing Sundays journal on Monday morning as it was a busy day and my head lad Padgie had a day off which was well deserved and I also have friend staying with me from England. The brood that had a C section all is going well, our new van is here and that’s going well to. At the kennels we fed, clean and let hounds out and the day went well and Newcastle played well and their are still unbeatable.
