Monday 8th april:
A nice morning and the forecast is good for the week and we have plenty to do. We are going to finish levelling the sand runs out in the garden paddocks, hunt a few pups, do a major tidy up and starting to prepare saplings for schooling if we get all this done we have had a good start to the week. In the football newcastle are still needing points after losing the last two games but still firmly in there own hands with three winnable games southampton at home, fulham and brighton away, liverpool at home will be a tough one and leicster away this friday will also be tough but we will get there. Swift blitz will have to go back to the vets as she is just not right. All youngs pups are going well and the good weather this week will only help more. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE FIVE RUNNERS AT NOTTINGHAM CONEY BOOM BOOM, CONEY KUCCINI, SWIFT JIM, HAGGSWOOD RIVER AND NIDDERDALE LARK.
Tuesday 9th april:
Its a wet and cold morning but the rain has stopped thankfully. The main job today is trialing at newbridge we only have the one swift colossus. We are getting rid of all our waste, bits and pieces of supplies to collect and the never ending job of changing all beds everywhere. We have all our homework done with the swift hoffman x swift alicia litter so they will be ready for trialing again next week at newbridge. Swift blitz is miles better once again and all is going well with all the young pups. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD TWO WINNERS LAST NIGHT AT NOTTINGHAM SWIFT JIM AND NIDDERDALE LARK. TONIGHT AT SHEFFIELD WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS CONEY SABELLA AND CONEY CASSIUS.
Wednesday 10th april:
Its a nice morning and we are on top of all the work. The plans for today is to collect fresh straw, hunt and gallop and we have also got to meet ross miles who is delivering the dogs to the uk along with pat o’hare and if everything goes right we will give the van a wash and a tidy. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT HARLOW MEXICO.
Thursday 11th april:
Its an overcast day but no rain. The bed changing continues and if we are not finished tonight we definitely will be finished tomorrow morning. The old van has to go back to the garage just to get checked over and we will give both vans a wash. We have delivery of supplies coming so they will have to be packed away. Swift blitz is back 100%. Padgie is off colour but in work, there will be little bits of running around to do. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS AT HOVE SWIFT OVERTIME, BRITTANIA WILL AND HARTS BEAUTY.
Friday 12th april:
Another foggy morning and plenty to do. We have pups who are still with there mothers to swap around and we also have pups to put in to the big concrete yard who are 8/9 weeks old. We have got to go to brian jones to get everything checked thats schooling and we also need supplies and we might even gallop a few hounds. Newcastle united could do with a result against leicester tonight and i will be delighted if we get a point. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE FIVE RUNNERS AT ROMFORD SWIFT DARTMOOR, OH YESYESYES, SWIFT TARQUIN, SWIFT SABBATTH AND SWIFT MOLLY.
Saturday 13th april:
Its a cold dry morning and after newcastle uniteds victory against leisester we are just about safe, il be shocked if we dont stay up this year with 38 points. The plans today are to gallop dogs and hunt pups. We have the garage to tidy, we have to get our waste away and collect a few bits and pieces to collect. We will continue to finish changing beds in the field paddocks and give the yard a massive tidy. If we manage to complete all this it will be a successful day. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT AT ROMFORD SWIFT TARQUIN. TONIGHT WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT CRAYFORD SWIFT MILEY AND SWIFT CASEY.
Sunday 14th April:
Its a cold and damp morning. Its going to be a typical Sunday where we cook, clean, feed and let out. We got rid of our waste straw and we did a bit of a tidy up. We were hoping to take the photos of the saplings on the dogs for sale page but I dont think we will have time today. In the football its looking better for Newcastle United after Cardiff got beat yesterday. Were 10 points clear with five games to go. If we win one and Cardiff lose one we are matimatically safe.
