Its going to be a long day for somebody as we need fish and it looks like me.  We have pups needing there first injection. In the football Newcastle united are in big trouble the way they are playing. Annie from cork who now lives in the house with me isn’t settling in right at all but it will come. I moved to Ireland nearly 25 years ago and one of the first dogs I sold was to paul gebhard she was a blue brindle bitch out of ferryforth queen and he is 65 today and has just bought another hound from me so happy birthday paul. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS AT DONCASTER SWIFT BEVEL, SWIFT GALLOWAY AND HAGGSWOOD RIVER.

Tuesday 1st October:
Another overcast morning but no rain yet thankfully. Its going to be a very busy day as we are trialing at newbridge which is the main job of the day. We are changing all beds in the rearing paddocks and cutting the hedges which is a day job for two people. We have straw to collect, straw to bag and waste straw to go away. We also need food for pups. If we get all this done along with the other everyday jobs it will be a good day. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER TONIGHT AT SHEFFIELD GRUMPY THINKER.

Wednesday 2nd October:

We never got a chance yesterday to do the journal as we had john nolans earmarking pups and marking up hounds which took all day. The hedge cutting continued and we now have four of our ten paddocks done and as normal there was loads of supplies to collect. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE RUNNER AT HARLOW POINTLESS PRAISE.

Thursday 3rd October:

We are preparing for the storm but thankfully there is no sign of it up to now as we do the journal at 9am. We have all our waste to go away, we need a trip to the vets and as normal there is a load of supplies to collect. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT POINTLESS PRAISE.

Friday 4th October:

We did not get as much as the storm as we expected overnight thankfully but as we do the journal at 8am it is windy and raining which limits the work we can do today. We will be doing a swap around today with broods, pups and saplings. We are not going to get anymore of the rearing paddocks done today due to the weather so we will tidy the garage, freezer and a big tidy up around the yard. We will get the website tidied up and we have a tonne of paperwork to do. That will be as much as we can do along with the everyday jobs.
