Monday 17th june:
The main jobs today is galloping and collecting supplies. We have 100 dogs to gallop, a trip to the cash n carry and a whole lot of bits and pieces to collect in portlaoise. We need the new van serviced no matter what happens. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER AT SHEFFIELD CONEY BOOM BOOM.
Tuesday 18th june:
An absolute glorious day and plenty to do, we are going to hunt pups, do a whole lot of maintenance work on the gallop, get rid of our waste and go to the vets with everything thats trialling. As normal we have a whole lots of bits and pieces of supplies to collect. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER TONIGHT AT SHEFFIELD CONEY CASSIUS.
Wednesday 19th june:
Another beautiful day and the main jobs today at the gallop around 80 hounds which will take the whole day. We got the new van serviced last night and we have done 40,000 kilometres in three months. We need a few parts for the old van to keep it going today. unbelievably we are up to date with paperwork and a whole lot of other important jobs.
Thursday 20th june:
Another gorgeous morning and the first job of the day is trialing at newbridge before it gets too hot. I have already been to collect fresh straw and we will level the garden paddocks out and all going well i will go to collect fish and that will be as much as we can do today. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS AT HOVE TONIGHT MEXICO, SWIFT OVERTIME AND SWIFT BISCUIT.
Friday 21st june:
We are doing fridays journal a day behind as i went for fish and shane was off so i had nobody to do it. It was a day for packing supplies away, levelling the sand runs out and we hunted and galloped so a great day work wise and it was another proper summers day. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD TWO WINNERS MEXICO AND SWIFT BISCUIT AT HOVE. TONIGHT AT ROMFORD WE HAD THREE RUNNERS OH YESYESYES, SWIFT SABBATH AND COLLSWOOD HAWK.
Saturday 22nd june:
Another lovely day and the main jobs today are changing beds, finishing the levelling off in the garden paddocks and collecting supplies. We have a load of waste to go to the dump where it comes from i dont know. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE NINE RUNNERS. AT NOTTINGHAM SWIFT TARQUIN, SWIFT FERDIA AND NIDDERDALE LARK. AT CRAYFORD MEGAPOPS, SWIFT CASEY AND SWIFT LOKI. AT MONMORE NORMANSLAND FLYER AND SWIFT FABIO. AT SHELBOURNE SWIFT SHAMROCK.
Sunday 23rd june:
An overcast morning and its looking like we will get rain. Its going to be a typical sunday where we cook, clean, feed and let dogs in and out that are in kennels and prepare for another busy week. We have to make boxes and beds for mothers to have there pups in. Swift eva who lives in the house with me has sprained her hock so i will have to mind her the next few days. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD TWO WINNERS SWIFT CASEY AT CRAYFORD AND SWIFT FABIO AT MONMORE. TONIGHT WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT HENLOW POINTLESS PHRASE.
