Monday 16th September:

An overcast morning with drizzly rain. We have dog food coming from red mills which is down in price, good news! We need fish which is a days job for someone to seek. Swift eva is managing with the bad leg very good. If aston villa win or get a point tonight Newcastle drop back into the bottom three so Newcastle must beat brighton at home on Saturday, the next five league games are on tv as well for Newcastle united. Its going to be a hectic week but we will be all caught up with everything by the weekend. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD TWO RUNNERS AT NOTTINGHAM CONEY KUOINI AND NIDDERDALE LARK.

Tuesday 17th September:

The worst part of breeding greyhounds is having to put one to sleep, today I have to put swift eva to sleep as her leg with the cancer in has gone double the size in two days and she has lost the use of it. We will do the open race scene later. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD TWO RUNNERS AT SHEFFIELD CONEY KAMAKAZE AND CONEY SABELLA.

Wednesday 18th September:

Its a nice day and everybody has got man flu including myself. I have to meet ross miles as we have hounds going to the uk that are sold. We need food for pups, veg and I need a trip to the icc in Clonmel to get dogs named, on the way back I need a trip to the vets at cashel as we need loads of bits and pieces. At the kennels we are changing all beds and we will continue on hedge cutting, grass cutting and a major tidy up. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT HARLOW POINTLESS PRAISE.

Thursday 19th September:
Another dry morning and its going to be a dry day. The main job of the day is trialling at newbridge and continuing on the grass cutting, hedge cutting and a big tidy up. Everybody on the yard now has man flu and mine is no better. We got the massive swap around done yesterday of pups, hounds, mothers and saplings. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE NINE RUNNERS. AT HOVE SEASONS TORNADO AND AT YARMOUTH CONEY KUCCINI, COLLSWOOD HAWK, CONEY CULLICAN, CONEY BOOM BOOM, SWIFT TARQUIN, SWIFT ONYX, BRAMBLE MILBURN AND SWIFT BULLET.

Friday 20th September:

You can always tell when we are busy the daily journal gets neglected and we are doing Fridays journal on Saturday afternoon. Yesterday I finally got to the vets to get injections and other few bits and pieces we needed. The whole place has man flu and I was at the doctors on Thursday afternoon but today Saturday as I am doing the journal I feel much better.

Saturday 21st September:

I had to go for chicken and left the house this morning at 5:30 am and the next important thing is Newcastle play brighton and need three points or its a start of a very big battle. It was beautiful this morning and we have had rain like never before from 12 pm. My aim on Monday morning was to get caught up with all the work and when you have dogs it never happens, this coming week I will definitely get there, all the hedge cutting finished, the grass rearing paddocks all cut for the last time, all the beds changed everywhere and all the outstanding supplies we need collected. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS AT CRAYFORD SWIFT TARQUIN, JILLYPOPS AND MEGAPOPS.

Sunday 22nd September:

We are doing sundays journal on Monday afternoon. You can always tell we are busy when we do the journal late. It poured from the heavens all day which makes the work hard. I had a mountain to do on the website which never got done, tidying it up, adding photographs to greyhound data and putting the weights on the dog for sale page which will definitely as I keep repeating it get done one day this week and Wednesday looks favourite. It was a typical sunday where we cooked, cleaned, feed and let hounds out that are kennelled up. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT CENTRAL PARK SWIFT LOKI.
