We have our next lot of hounds that are sold going to the UK tonight. If we get the to the middle of next week, all hounds that are sold and are due to leave will be with their new owners in the UK. Sunday 31st January:

Were getting rain again but the forecast is for it to dry up. As we do the journal at 8 am Ross MYLES is pulling into Ferrybridge services delivering hounds that are sold. The boat was delayed four hours last night so he wont arrive at Durham services until 10 am. We have just booked him back onto the ferry for tonight ready to go back out on Tuesday to deliver in the UK on Wednesday. That’s just about all the hounds that were due to leave delivered to the UK. If we get the next week over the backlog of hounds will all be with their new trainers. At the kennels it will be a typical Sunday where we clean, cook, feed and let hounds out of the kennels. We might do a bit of swapping around with mothers and pups and that will be as much as we can do today. Were up to date with all the work and things couldn’t be going any better.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT AT CRAYFORD: NORMANSLAND FLYER. TONIGHT WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT TOWCESTER SWIFT LETTUCE.
