MONDAY THE 7TH OF JULY
Another nice day. I have been to Richards cuddy’s stud to collect a brood that has been mated. We had a delivery from red mills. We need muzzles , wormers and a whole lot more bits and pieces. At the kennels we have started a major swap around with 8 week old pups into a big concrete yard , 12 week old pups into the rearing paddocks , 13 month old saplings from the garden paddocks to the kennels and 12 month old saplings from the rearing paddocks into the garden paddocks. Newcastle united still haven’t signed anybody and pre season training started today
TUESDAY THE 8TH OF JULY
An overcast day but we had very little rain. We have been to gets parts for the 191 van. We also got all the waste away to the dump. We have paperwork to post off. At the kennels we are changing all the beds in the garden paddocks and we are doing the last of the worming and nail trimming. We had the vet here with supplies and passport work. We have another brood to collect from cuddy’s stud. On this weeks greyhound star Irish performance of the week we have one hound on the list Swift Yawn at Mullingar and after yesterday I thought Newcastle united weren’t going to sign anybody but today it looks like there is plenty happening Anthony Elanga booked in for a medical at Newcastle today, Longstaff on his way to leeds united and more signings look like happening in the next day or two.
WEDNESDAY THE 9TH OF JULY
As we get the open race runners for this week we will add them.
Another hot day we have been to the vets to get two hounds tonsils out and all went well we are doing a major tidy up and washing all the bowls and all the big bins what we collect the meat in all the paper work is done for the hounds that are leaving for the UK tomorrow and we have broods from Cuddies stud .
THURSDAY THE 10TH OF JULY
Another warm day. Darren Ryan Ross Myles right hand man was in the yard this morning collecting hounds that are sold heading to the UK. We have been to Kilkenny for trials. At the kennels we fed up early owning to the heat and we just about got all the worming and nail trimming done and that swapping around done with pups , saplings and the day has gone very well.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS AT NEWCASTLE WRAYSBURY ANGEL , UNANIMOUS KAI AND UNANIMOUS LEON.
FRIDAY THE 11TH OF JULY
It was red hot all day Friday. I had meat to collect so I had to leave early to get back early owing to the heat. It was a full time job checking water and checking hounds. We did a bit of a tidy up. There wasn’t much more we could do owing to the heat.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT AT NEWCASTLE UNANIMOUS LEON. TONIGHT WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT ROMFORD SWIFT UNITED AND DEVONSHIRE LADY.
SATURDAY THE 12TH OF JULY
Its going to be another red hot day. Were going to do the VAT. I have friends coming from the UK so I will give the place a tidy. I will get a bit of shopping done. Whatever happens we will clean the house. We need food for pups, all the waste needs to be taken to the dump and there’s broods to collect from Cuddys Stud.

SUNDAY THE 13TH OF JULY
Its going to be a typical Sunday where we cook, clean, feed and let hounds out of kennels. We will also get caught up with paperwork and clean the vans.
