Monday 26th September:
It’s been a wet windy day and it’s been a long one, I was in Northern Ireland at 8.30am collecting meat, I was back for 12 o’clock the lads had everything fed all the kennels done and van loaded for Shelbourne Park for trials, thankfully the traffic has been good in Dublin and on the M50 today or we would never had been finished today. I have updated the dog for sale page and will be a early night as somebody has to go for fish tomorrow. On this week Greyhound Star British Performance of the week we had one hound on the list Swift Super at Nottingham.

TUESDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER
We are doing Tuesdays journal on Wednesday morning as I had to go for fish yesterday which is a long day and I left at 4:30am at the kennels we hunted pups and did a tidy up.
ON THE OPEN RACES SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT AT NOTTINGHAM CHURCHILL HOLLY.
WEDNESDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER
A nice day but cold we are emptying the van with the fish, we are changing the beds in the kennels I have to go to the vets and I also have to meet Ross Myles as we have hounds that are sold going to the UK, we need all our waste away as well and the last job of the day we will be getting food for pups .

THURSDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER
The last part of my very busy week as I day tripped to England for Supplies we are doing Thursday journal on Friday morning at the kennels we got the dogs checked that are schooling we hunted pups and the day went well
FRIDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER
A wet morning and it looks like the rain will be here for the day. We need meat, we have the van to empty with the supplies from the UK. There will be no outside work with the rain we will feed up early and do a tidy up.
ON THE OPEN RACES SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ELEVEN RUNNERS TO NIGHT AT ROMFORD SWIFT MELLOW ,RAIL MCCOY , MUXTON LOTTIE. IN THE PUPPY CUP FINAL SLIDER MCCOY AND RANCHES KING. AT OXFORD MOHICAN ARTHER , MOHICAN PIGLET ,MOHICAN ROSE , MOHICAN TARA AND WOTA SWELL PARTY.
Saturday 1st October:
Were doing Saturdays journal on Sunday morning as yesterday was a busy day. We got the photographs added to greyhound data, we got all our waste away, we had the meat that I collected to Friday to pack away. We also prepared hounds for schooling. Newcastle United won convincingly. I know Fulham only had 10 men but were now only 2-3 players away from having a real quality team. A hound I mentioned in last weeks journal Swift Silly got her first 525 of her life, third time in a trap at Newcastle yesterday- winning her three dog trial coming from behind in 29.03. She’s only an April 2021. A very good judge who watched the trial on Youtube said to me that she’s better than Domino Storm. I also had to meet Ross Myles last night with hounds that are sold going to the UK.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD TWO WINNERS ON FRIDAY NIGHT: SWIFT MELLOW AT ROMFORD AND WOTA SWELL PARTY AT OXFORD. WE HAVE ONE RUNNER TONIGHT AT CRAYFORD NORMANSLAND FLYER.
Sunday 2nd October:
Its a nice morning but its cold. My head lad Padgie has the day off. It will be a typical Sunday where we clean kennels, cook and feed. We have the garage to tidy up, the website to tidy and paperwork to do. We also have to prepare for another busy week.
