WEEK STARTING MONDAY 25TH OF JULY

Monday 25th July:

The main job of today is schooling at Shelbourne Park, we need supplies and a whole load of running around to get them. On the Greyhound Star British Performance of the week we have one hound on this week list Normansland Flyer at Crayford. we will update the dog for sale page of todays trials from Shelbourne tonight around 5 o’clock.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS TONIGHT AT NOTTINGHAM SWIFT INCREDIBLE AND SWIFT BARNEY

Tuesday 26th July:

A overcast morning and plenty to do, we are preparing hounds for schooling we needed a trip to the cash and carry, we got to meet Michael Flynn as he is taking hounds to the UK for us that are sold and we also need all our waste away.

Wednesday 27th July:

Nice dry day and not to hot, it’s been a busy morning as we have been to the vet to update passports for the hounds that are sold and going to the UK, we have been worming pups, cutting nails and we have also been collecting supplies, we got the vans washed and we hunted a few pups.

Thursday 28th July:

Another nice morning with no chance of rain with a clear blue sky. We had dry meat delivered, dried rice and breakfast cereal which is now all packed away. We need food for pups, supplies from the vets and a trip to Red Mills as we run out the racer. At the kennels we going to do swap around with hounds, worm hounds and pups, cut their nails and also do them for flees.

Friday 29th July:

Another nice day and has been a busy one, we needed meat, we run out of Red Mills so that was also to collect, we just about got every dog wormed done for flees and the nails cut, we finally got the swap all done with hounds, pups and mothers, we emptied both vans with supplies so the day has gone well.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT ROMFPRD RAILS MCCOY

Saturday 30th July:

A wet morning but I think the rain will stop. We have supplies coming from the UK but the arctic truck is late, we got all the worming , nail cutting and flee prevention all done and with a bit of luck we will cut hedges this afternoon.

Sunday 31st July:

Were doing the journal on Sunday afternoon. The good weather has returned but when we started at 6am we had rain. Its been a typical Sunday where we cooked, cleaned, fed and let hounds out of kennels. We did a bit of paperwork, tidied the website, did all the lists for the coming week. The day went well.
