WEEK STARTING MONDAY 17TH OF JANUARY

Monday 17th January:

We are doing Mondays journal on Tuesday morning as yesterday was a very busy day. It was very cold and when we started at 6am it was -5 degrees and by the time we got to Shelbourne Park in the afternoon it was 5degrees, we needed all our waste away, we also needed supplies, food for pups from supermarket and the main job of the day was trialing at Shelbourne Park which went very well.

Tuesday 18th January:

A nice dry morning and no frost,  we need supplies, we got all our paper work posted off, we need a big tidy up in the yard, we are also changing beds in the kennels and leveling the sand runs.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT SHEFFIELD SWIFT WHIFF AND SANDWOOD BUSTER.

Wednesday 19th January:

A nice day for January we have three retired brood  bitches that are going to their retirement homes and we have two more at the vets who are getting prepared to go to their retirement homes at the kennels we will probably hunt a few pups which will take all day.

Thursday 20th January:

The main job today is going to Killybegs for fish plus going to the dump with the waste. At the kennels it’s a day for making boxes and beds for mother and pups and hunting pups.

Friday 21th January:

We are doing Fridays journal on Friday afternoon as is been a hectic day, I got back late last night with fish from Killybegs and we packed it into freezer this morning as it comes blast frozen and it was still as hard this morning as when we loaded yesterday in Killybegs. Today we had to collect supplies, we have visitors coming and we are waiting for paper bedding to arrive from UK.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER TONIGHT AT ROMFORD SWIFT COPE.

Saturday 22nd January:

Were doing Saturdays journal on Sunday morning as yesterday was a very busy day. We had supplies to collect from the UK which had to be packed away. We continued on leveling out the sand runs and we started changing beds everywhere. Newcastle United got a massive 3 points at Leeds and our next game is Everton at home. If we can beat Everton we will only be a point behind them and bring them right into the relegation battle as well. Eddie Howe and the new owners are starting to get it right. A few new players and we might just be playing Premiership football next year. The first time in a long time I’m starting to feel confident that were not getting relegated.

WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE TONIGHT AT CRAYFORD: SWIFT LOKI AND NORMANSLAND FLYER.

Sunday 23rd January:

Its a nice dry day and the bed changing continues. We have work to do on the website, paperwork to do, the 2015 van has to be collected from the mechanics and we have supplies to collect. We have visitors coming again who are always welcome. A busy day for a Sunday.

ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS TONIGHT AT TOWCESTER: MISS BIG PANTS AND SWIFT RAISIN.
