MONDAY THE 15TH OF JUNE
A nice day we need all our waste away, a trip to the vets and we started tiding up in the field where all the work was done with the rearing paddocks. We have passport work to get done for the hounds that are sold leaving for the UK. We also have hounds to deliver in Ireland that are sold. We have all the paperwork to post off and loads of supplies to order The write up below is taking from the greyhound star about swift hostile win yesterday at Sheffield
Sprint track record holder Swift Hostile added another win to his tally for Rose Draper. He has a 50% strike rate through the first 20 starts of his career, with nine of those wins coming at this track. He was quickly in control of his rivals, running out a fluent six and a half length winner.

TUESDAY THE 16TH OF JUNE
A showery day and plenty to do. We need meat so that will have to be collected. We have hounds that are sold leaving for the UK with Darren Ryan and we also have hounds that are sold to deliver in Ireland. We need a trip to the vets for supplies and at the kennels we will continue on with the tiding work and preparing more hounds for schooling.
WEDNESDAY THE 17TH OF JUNE
An overcast day and a very busy day. We had John Nolans here marking the hounds up into their Identity book. We had all the hounds that are schooling checked. We tided the garages up. We are hunting hounds as well and we also have been to the vets to get passports updated ready for hounds leaving on Friday to their new owners in the UK.
THURSDAY THE 18TH OF JUNE
A showery overcast day. We have a delivery coming off O’neils dog food. We need bits and pieces from the supermarkets and a trip to the cash and carry. We will have to be fed up early for the main job of the day trialing and handslipping in Kilkenny. We have the website to update tonight and another batch of hounds are leaving to the UK with Darren Ryan that are sold as well thanks to everybody that bought a hound.

FRIDAY THE 19TH OF JUNE
We have been getting heavy rain since we started at 6am. The plan for today if the rain eases we will take photographs of our April and May 2025 saplings and we will add them to greyhound data so everybody can see them plus we will add the weights , if the weather stays bad all day we will take the photos this coming Monday the 22nd of June. We need meat , tripe and chicken so that had to be collected. We also need carpet to make beds for mother and pups and we will probably get all our waste away. We have changed the beds in the kennels and we also will give the garage a tidy up.

SATURDAY THE 20TH OF JUNE
On Friday, we had rain like never before. When I was coming back with the tripe and chicken the M50 was at a standstill the rain was that bad. The plans for today: we have meat to collect, we need carpets for mothers and pups, we have the drains to sort out after the heavy rain yesterday and finally there is a half days work to finish the front of the rearing paddock which will get done today as the weather is lovely.
