MONDAY THE 27TH OF APRIL
ON THIS WEEK GREYHOUND STAR BRITISH PERFORMANCE OF THE WEEK WE HAVE ONE HOUND ON THE LIST SWIFT KIPPER AT NOTTINGHAM
The weather is very good which helps the work we needed meat and we have cut bones to collect as well. At the kennels my right hand man Padgie has had to go back to Poland as his mother is in hospital we got the hounds checked that are schooling we had paperwork to update for hounds that are sold leaving for the UK we did a major tidy up and a bit of maintenance work and the day went well .
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT NOTTINGHAM SWIFT KIPPER AND SWIFT HOME.
TUESDAY THE 28TH OF APRIL
Another nice day i have to go to the vets with a brood for a C section we have ross miles collecting hounds that are sold go to the UK .At the kennels we will continue to do a major tidy up. Taking for the greyhound star
Swift Monday double at Nottingham for Munslow
Monday double for Munslow
Terry Munslow didn’t have his first open race runner in 2026 until March 30 but has picked up five winners from his first nine runners within a month, all at Nottingham.
Swift Kipper has been the star for the kennel, taking four of those five wins for herself, all over 480m. She took the final of the 480m Trophy last night to make it five wins from her last six starts and seven from her last 10. A half-sister to All England Cup winner Swift Silly and Derby quarter-finalist One Slick Jamie, she is a smart type in her own right.
The Munslow double was completed by Swift Home who won over 500m. She is another bitch from a nice family for the kennel, a litter sister to Sheffield sprint track record holder Swift Hostile. She possesses plenty of early boot herself which she put to good use to lead up early on.

WEDNESDAY THE 29TH OF APRIL
Its is a nice day but I couldn’t believe it we got up to frost. There is more meat to collect and all the waste had to go to the dump. At the kennels we put young pups into the rearing yards and also put bigger pups into the rearing paddocks. We got the Kasco to pack in to the garage as I got back late last night with it. We have hounds that are sold leaving for the UK with Darragh Ryan.
THURSDAY THE 30TH OF APRIL
A nice day but cool we need meat tripe and chicken so that will have to be collected we will continue on with the weeding and tidy up change all beds in kennels do a swap around with hounds and pups wash the vans and a few more bits and pieces of jobs .
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE FIVE RUNNERS AT HOVE ONE SLICK JAMIE AND SWIFT MEGAN AT MONMORE DARLEY PANTHER, SWIFT ZOO AND SWIFT YOUNGSTER.
FRIDAY THE 1ST OF MAY
A nice day so far but the forecast is bad for the weekend. The plans for today we need to get a van tested all our waste away and food for pups from the cash and carry and at the kennels we will hunt pups which will take all day.

SATURDAY THE 2RD OF MAY
A overcast day but i dont think we will get rain the first job today was to collect meat we have been to the cash and carry and the supermarket for food for pups and we have also had a delivery of red mills we are doing gardening and a tidy up we have injected broods and we will also hunt pups

SUNDAY THE 3RD OF MAY
It will be a typical Sunday where we cook, clean, feed and let hounds out of kennels. We will also get caught up with paperwork. Saturday saw Newcastle end their run of five successive defeats, but only after a trademark second half collapse that threatened to eclipse a positive opening period.
