MONDAY THE 20TH OF OCTOBER
We are doing the journals on Thursday afternoon for the first four days of the week. I had the waste to go to the dump . I had broods to collect from cuddy’s stud and the day was took up preparing hounds for schooling.
TUESDAY THE 21ST OF OCTOBER
I had fish and beef to collect from Northern Ireland. At the kennels we put the hounds into the paddocks we got repaired we injected pups and the day went well and Newcastle won three nil in the Champions League.
WEDNESDAY THE 22ND OF OCTOBER
My head lad pagie is on a weeks holiday . The weather wasn’t very good so it was a day for feeding cleaning and letting hounds out and the day went well.
THURSDAY THE 23RD OF OCTOBER
We had heavy rain over night and as we do the journal it has just stopped and 2 o clock in the afternoon so its another day where we fed , cleaned and let hounds out as trials in Kilkenny was cancelled as there was no electricity at the track .
FRIDAY THE 24TH OF OCTOBER
The first job on Friday was to collect meat and tripe from Northern Ireland. It rained all day. A brood had pups and all went well.

SATURDAY THE 25TH OF OCTOBER
Its a cold morning. We have a truck load of paper coming which will have to be emptied this morning. We are changing all of the beds in all the kennels. We also have meat to collect. And Newcastle United won against Fulham. And I forgot to mention in the journal on Monday if my late mother had been here it would have been her birthday.

SUNDAY THE 26TH OF OCTOBER
It will be a typical Sunday where we cook, clean, feed and let hounds out of kennels. Other than that we will get caught up with paperwork. We have beds to make for mother and pups and what ever happens my house must get a tidy up plus I will reply to all the emails.
