MONDAY THE 18TH OF AUGUST
Not as hot and nice and dry which suits the hounds better. Swift Vicki who lives in the house with me has had a rough time in her old age with heat but to be fair tonight she is getting through it well. I have been to the vets today twice. At the kennels we have been checking hounds , changing beds , doing a tidy up and making lists for the coming week and the day has went well.
TUESDAY THE 19TH OF AUGUST
A busy day , we had John O’Reily here checking hounds that are schooling . We have a delivery of red mills arriving at lunch time . We need all our waste away , a trip to dealz to get disinfect . We also have to do a tidy up and I have a delivery in Ireland to do with a hound that is sold.
WEDNESDAY 20TH OF AUGUST
AS WE GET THE OPEN RACE RUNNERS WE WILL ADD THEM TO THE WEEKLY JOURNAL
An overcast day but I don’t think we will get rain, we are making boxes and beds for mothers and pups and the main job of the day is preparing some more hounds for schooling I need a trip to the cash and carry and a few more bits and pieces to collect as well and we have baby pups and there mothers to move into the puppy houses where they will stay till there nine weeks old.
THURSDAY 21ST OF AUGUST
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT NEWCASTLE WRAYSBURY ANGEL,
FRIDAY 22TH OF AUGUST
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK AND IRELAND WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS AT SHELBOURNE PARK IN THE IRISH DERBY HARLEGUIN GEE UP AND PHOSNIX MEMPHIS . AT SUNDERLAND UNANIMOUS KAI.
SATURDAY 23TH OF AUGUST
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE SEVEN RUNNERS AT MONMORE SWIFT HOSTIE AND SWIFT JARIS. AT YARMOUTH WRIGHTY, SWIFT JASPER, TOO WRIGHT , SWIFT DEPOT AND SWIFT JERICHO.
